The Colorado Avalanche signed forwards Vinnie Hinostroza and Adam Beckman to two-year deals, strengthening their organizational depth.
The Avalanche added Hinostroza, 32, who split the 2025-26 season between the Minnesota Wild and Florida Panthers, recording six goals and 18 points in 65 games.
Hinostroza averaged 10:56 of ice time per game and had eight points in 17 games with the Panthers after being traded before the March trade deadline.
The signings come as the Avalanche look to build on their success, currently standing 1st in the Western Conference with a 55-16 record and on a W3 streak as of July 2, 2026.
Beckman, 25, spent last season playing for the American Hockey League’s Bridgeport Islanders, where he had 51 points in 68 games, including a team-leading 30 goals.
The Avalanche also signed forward Jaden Schwartz and defenseman Noah Juulsen earlier in the day, with Schwartz expected to fill a top-nine role and Juulsen serving as a depth No. 7 defenseman.
Hinostroza has played 477 regular-season games, scoring 65 goals and 179 points with several teams, including the Panthers, Wild, Nashville Predators, Pittsburgh Penguins, Buffalo Sabres, Chicago Blackhawks, and Arizona Coyotes.
The Avalanche's moves aim to bolster their lineup for the upcoming season, with a focus on adding depth and versatility to their roster.
Beckman has played 23 regular-season NHL games with the Minnesota Wild between 2020-21 and 2023-24, and will look to contribute to the Avalanche's success.
